Viasat Life To Be Aired Across Africa On StarTimes And Zuku
Viasat Life, a female entertainment channel will be launched in Africa by Viasat World on January 2, 2017.
The new lifestyle channel features select débuts of self-improvement-themed programming and reality shows from all over the world. The channel will unveil with favourite shows like Wake Up Call with Dwayne Johnson, Cooking for Real, Mary Mary and Bridezilla, House of Curves, I Do Over, Bye Felicia! And The Three Day Nanny.
Viasat Life is aimed at adults aged 25-49 and young families with kids. It shows on StarTimes, Zuku - Wanachi Group’s triple-play platform, and Intelvision.
According to a Viasat World senior executive, "We are excited to be able to launch this service on StarTimes". She further added that "audiences in Africa would connect with Viasat Life based on its style of programming, and big names from the worlds of food, fashion, movies and music".
Channels from Viasat World like Viasat Explore, Viasat History and Viasat Nature are already broadcasted on the StarTimes platform.
