StarTimes Glad-Hands Africa's Ministers And Regulators At Beijing TV Summit
ICT and Media ministers from a variety of African nations are in Beijing China to attend the 'African Digital TV Development Summit' at the invitation of StarTimes.
Ministers, policy makers and regulators from countries including Nigeria, the Central Africa Republic, Chad, Guinea, Liberia, Malawi, Zambia, DRC Congo and Ethiopia are reportedly all in attendance.
The summit, in its 7th annual edition, is promoted by the Chinese state as a platform for enabling the development of the Africa radio and TV industries.
