MTN Still The Most Admired African Brand - Survey
A recent consumer survey of Africa's best brand has confirmed that MTN is still the most loved African brand.
The survey, released on Monday, was conducted in 27 countries with a representation of about eight per cent of the continent's population.
In conjunction with the MTN brand being the overall most loved brand, the survey also showed that MTN Mobile Money is the most respected financial brand for those that were surveyed.
Mr Rob Shuter, MTN Group CEO, in response to the survey results, said he was personally thrilled that the survey outcome has "endorsed the work he and his team are doing, as part of their BRIGHT strategy, to build MTN as a robust digital operator, moving customers to a world of mobile-data and digital services.
Mr Shutter thanked all MTNs customers and stakeholders for the continued support to again making MTN the most loved brand on the continent.
