MultiChoice Makes Selected News Channels Free To Stream On ‘DStv Now’
One of the crucial tools in fighting the global coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) is accurate information from reliable news sources.
To help in this regard, MultiChoice has announced that several of its 24-hour news channels will be made freely available to stream on DStv Now.
The channels which will be available include CNN, BBC World, Newzroom Afrika, eNCA and Euronews Now.
There is no need for a DStv subscription in order to access these news channels, but one would need to sign up for DStv Now.
After signing up for DStv Now, the user will also get access to SuperSport Play, Channel O, TBN and PBS for Kids in addition to the selected news channels.
At this time the offer is limited exclusively to South Africa.
For those who cannot stream 24-hour news to follow the developments around the spread of COVID-19, South Africa’s Department of Health has also launched a COVID-19 website over the weekend which you can be used to get accurate information.
