TNM Introduces New Digital TV Channel In Malawi
Telekom Networks Malawi (TNM) together with The Malawi Government-owned Digital Broadcast Network Limited (MDBNL) have introduced a new digital TV channel, Kiliye Kiliye on the TNM Mpamba payment platform.
The new digital TV channel comes after the introductions of Zuku, GoTv and Azam TV in Malawi.
The Chief Sales & Marketing Officer of TNM, Daniel Makata said that Kiliye Kiliye Digital TV would achieve substantial market growth and would also penetrate as Malawi’s new preferred mobile money payment solution through the Mpamba payment platform.
Makata added that the integration of Kiliye Kiliye Digital TV with TNM’s mobile money platform would be a solid manifestation that TNM Mpamba has now evolved into an everyday payments solution to many important services that affect people’s lives in Malawi.
He said that the payment service would be safe, reliable and convenient.
Speaking about the unveiling of the new digital TV, The CEO of The Malawi Digital Broadcast Network Limited, Dennis Chirwa said that this partnership would also enable MDBNL subscribers to settle their account easily in the comfort of their home while enjoying the exciting programming that will be provided by the new digital TV channel.
