Trace Urban and Trace Sports Stars Are Being Offered For Free On Iflix
The SVOD platform Iflix has agreed to a partnership with TRACE, a youth media afro-urban entertainment channel, to provide two of its channels for free to iflix users globally. This collaborative effort is aimed at iflix’s younger audience.
iflix has two available premium channels, namely TRACE Urban and TRACE Sports Stars. TRACE Urban gives an insight into common urban culture and music, showcasing the latest pop, hip-hop and R&B hits, and also exclusive interviews with celebrities, documentaries associated with urban artists and culture and magazine shows. TRACE Sports Stars, on the other hand, offers viewers an insight into the lives of local and global sports celebrities.
iflix is also looking to, In addition to the two channels, offer over 20 TRACE music playlists to the plan each month. Trace Urban, a French television network devoted mainly to urban contemporary music videos also features interviews of renowned artists, promoting their upcoming albums or concert tours along with airing music videos.
Laurent Dumeau, The group chief commercial officer of TRACE, said that TRACE’s mission is to promote and celebrate Afro Urban cultures and to bring them to the world, so their company is always excited to expand the reach of these channels to fans of Afro Urban culture in new territories and also in new markets.
