MoTV Inks Partnership To Rollout New OTT TV Experience In Madagascar

The European pay-TV service provider and Blueline, an innovative operator in the telecom and pay-TV industry, have announced a partnership in Madagascar.

The partnership will enable Blueline under their new app, Izy.TV to rollout new interactive services with on-demand and live streaming on Android and iOS devices together with timeshift, CatchUp, App store, PVR and other services.
This is first of its kind in Madagascar and comes as a direct response to the demands of the rapidly changing TV-market.

Viewers are now looking for more entertainment through interactive experiences and innovative features such as viewing content on multi-screen and mobile devices.

Unlike other regions around the globe, the pay-TV market in Madagascar is changing very fast. The new collaborative solution will be commercially launched before the end of September 2019.

David Ratsimbazafy, the Marketing Director at Blueline, said that by collaborating with the MoTV platform, Blueline had received a robust system which is helping the company achieve fast delivery and support according to current market trends.

Jan Macku, the VP of Sales and Business Development at MoTV commented that through the partnership, MoTV and Blueline would improve user experience and in return reap the rewards that would come with the loyalty of their customers and the monetization of their service.
