HSTV Ghana Prepares To Launch Ultimate Skills Sports Reality Show
In attendance were the chosen judges Rev Osei Kofi, Rev Kofi Pare and Awudu Issaka, all talented former football stars of Ghana.
Other members of the team are the directors of HSTV Andy Ampofo, Prof Badu Akosah, Kojo Nkansah, Yaw Serebor Buadu, Deborah Jireh Aseda Boahema, Sammy Heywood Okine, Dr Fred Boahene of the Trust Hospital and David, the CEO of Keerapa Active.
They discussed the new Reality TV Show which is aimed at grooming new soccer players and showing them ways to improve their skill, strategy, strength, style and stamina.
The programme, which will be broadcast on HSTV and some other selected networks, hopes to find and introduce the next Super Stars of Ghana with Ultimate Skills.
The concept will be launched on the 31st of May in Accra, but it is set to be a key national event that will impart life-long skills on those who are enrolled.
Selected players will be camped at the University of Ghana, and 48 gifted rising stars will move on to the finals. One of them is going to take home the Ultimate cash prize and opportunity to participate in the World Freestyle Football competition in the USA. The others stand the chance of being scouted and signed by top European, African and local football clubs.
Sports and Entertainment fans will be informed of the venue of the launch soon.
