MultiChoice Malawi Rolls Out Quality-Assurance App For Accredited Installers
The Marketing Manager at MultiChoice Malawi, Chimwemwe Nyirenda said that the institution had introduced the installer eco-system to improve the efficiency of the installations process in support of delivering on MultiChoice’s promise to its customers.
In an interview following the official launch on Monday Nyirenda said that the installer Ecosystem would improve a customer’s experience from the minute a customer buys their kit to the point of getting the whole installation set-up done and viewing the exciting content.
He said that the Eco-system application would provide ease in locating an installer, and scheduling and ensuring that the installation is done properly the first time.
All completed installations done by an accredited installer will have a six-month warranty guarantee.
Nyirenda advised all MultiChoice customers to refrain from using unaccredited installers when they want to set up their pay-TV claiming that this newly launched ecosystem is the easiest, fastest, most reliable and engaging set-up.
He assured MultiChoice’s Malawian customers that this move is yet another way that MultiChoice is making things more efficient and much easier for them so that that they can enjoy their TV viewing as quickly as possible with very little or no hassle in the installations process.
