Adom TV Introduces Children’s Music Show "Nsromma" In Ghana
Nsromma is a talent competition that will afford children between the ages of 8 and 12, the chance to perform and showcase their impressive skills on stage. The show will start by auditioning children in order to select 30 contestants from three sectors of Ghana, and then those 30 children will enter a competitive phase.
The chosen 30 competitors will be at liberty to choose their own songs to perform individually as from the 7th of October so that the judges can watch. After this stage of the competition, the judges will choose the best 12 finalists for the live shows.
The top 12 finalists will be performing live against each other in spectacular stage showcases featuring a live band. Favorite musicians Akwaboah and Amandzeba will be the chief judges, but guest musicians will also be featured on the show as guest judges and as individual performers.
Abena Yiadom, the Channel Manager for Adom TV, said that this new show would be aimed at providing the platform for children to exhibit their talents so they can gain performance experiences and would also be a refreshing addition to Ghana’s music culture.
The eventual winner of the competition will be announced in January 2019 among the four contestants who will be remaining.
